Why the company exists

Offshore recruitment needs more than a CV inbox.

Offshore projects need people quickly, but speed is useful only when the work, evidence, availability and approval route are understood. Offshore Personnel connects recruitment with the workforce records needed after selection.

Evidence before promises

Availability, certificates and profile information must be current enough to support a real assessment. We do not present talent-pool interest as a confirmed placement.

Controlled sharing

Clients receive candidate information for their own authorised requirement—not unrestricted access to the worker database or private account records.

The occupation comes first

Role pathways explain typical duties and evidence before directing a person toward training. A course alone is never represented as a job guarantee.

Named responsibility

Worker, client and administration activity belongs to named accounts with role permissions, company boundaries and audit history.

Operating model

A recruitment agency supported by a workforce system.

Workers create one account for employment history, CVs, certificates, role preferences and availability. Verified client companies define staffing requirements and receive only the candidate packs deliberately shared for those requirements.

Once an assignment is agreed, the same controlled record supports assignment terms, timesheet approval, invoicing and export of approved worker hours to an independent payroll provider. Offshore Personnel does not calculate PAYE, pensions or produce payslips inside the platform.

Where we focus

One North Sea workforce, several operating environments.

The platform covers offshore production, wind, vessels, subsea, lifting, fabrication, technical maintenance, emergency response, accommodation and planned shutdown work. Each occupation keeps its own duties, evidence and progression guidance.

Clear public claims

What we will not overstate.

Trust is damaged when a new recruitment business presents future demand as guaranteed work or uses generic compliance wording as a substitute for evidence.

Build the network properly

Workers and clients have separate routes.

Create a worker profile to keep evidence current, or request a verified company account to define a staffing requirement.
