Offshore operations team planning a North Sea crew mobilisation

For clients

North Sea workforce solutions with operational control built in.

Request contract or permanent offshore personnel while keeping the work scope, candidate evidence, company permissions, mobilisation, timesheets and billing under clear control.

Workforce solutions

Choose the service around the operation.

Each route starts with a different operational context. Define the platform, vessel, campaign or administrative requirement before choosing evidence and personnel.

From request to approved time

One controlled workforce record.

Hiring, compliance, timesheet and finance contacts receive separate permissions. Sensitive worker information stays outside client candidate packs.

01

Define the requirement

Role, location, rota, dates, competence, known risks, PPE and named contacts.

02

Review suitable evidence

Receive only candidate packs deliberately shared for your requirement.

03

Approve worked time

Use weekly, fortnightly or rotation-based timesheets with a named approver.

What client users can access

Hiring team

Requirements, applications and approved candidate packs for their own company.

Compliance team

Relevant verified certificates and disclosed suitability evidence—not private medical or bank information.

Timesheet approver

Daily entries, expenses and evidence for assigned workers, with clear dispute reasons and revision history.

Finance team

Purchase orders, invoice PDFs and payment status without access to worker pay rates.

A complete staffing requirement

Give recruiters enough detail to assess safely.

A job title alone is not a workable offshore requirement. Clients should provide the work scope, asset or worksite, dates, rota, competence standard, essential certificates, known risks, PPE, medical-fitness requirement and the people authorised to approve candidates and time.

Before candidate review

  • Legal company and named hiring contact verified
  • Role, headcount, location and mobilisation window defined
  • Essential evidence separated from desirable experience
  • Pay display and advertising authority confirmed

Before assignment

  • Worksite, risks, PPE and reporting route recorded
  • Worker pay and client charge rates kept separate
  • Timesheet pattern and named approvers configured
  • Purchase order, billing contact and payment terms held

Common questions

Hiring offshore personnel

Can a client search every registered worker?

No. Clients review candidate packs selected and deliberately shared for their own staffing requirement. They cannot browse unrelated worker accounts.

What medical information can a client receive?

Only proportionate fitness or suitability evidence required for the assignment. Full medical histories, private clinical details and unrelated incidents are not part of a candidate pack.

How are offshore timesheets approved?

The assignment defines weekly, fortnightly or rotation periods and named approvers. Workers submit entries; clients approve or dispute them with a reason, and approved records are locked with an audit history.

Does the platform calculate payroll?

No. It prepares controlled exports of approved hours and authorised expenses for an independent payroll company. PAYE, National Insurance, pensions and payslips remain outside the platform.
