Modern slavery & ethical recruitment
Our operational policy for fair, transparent recruitment and responsible labour supply.
Our approach
Offshore Personnel will not charge workers for work-finding, retain original identity documents or tolerate forced labour, trafficking, intimidation or unlawful recruitment fees.
Due diligence
We verify client identity and named contacts, record assignment information, examine unusual recruitment or payment arrangements, and maintain auditable placement records. Concerns can be raised through secure portal messaging or our contact page and will be escalated without retaliation against a person reporting in good faith.
Worker protection
Workers receive available information about the role, hirer, location, hours, pay arrangements, risks and required qualifications before an assignment is accepted. Withholding client payment or a delayed timesheet signature does not automatically prevent valid approved or independently verified hours from reaching payroll.
Governance
This is an ethical recruitment policy rather than a statutory section 54 annual statement. We will review statutory reporting applicability, supply-chain risks, incidents and controls at least annually and publish an approved annual statement if the legal threshold or business circumstances require one.
