Role and company boundaries
Workers access their own records. Client users are restricted to their verified company and assigned permissions. Administration roles separate recruitment, compliance, finance and incident review.

Compliance and trust
Offshore Personnel separates worker, client, compliance, timesheet and finance information while keeping important recruitment decisions traceable.
Platform safeguards
A worker account can contain identity, employment, certificate, medical-fitness, engagement and payment information. Those categories are not exposed through one broad client view.
Workers access their own records. Client users are restricted to their verified company and assigned permissions. Administration roles separate recruitment, compliance, finance and incident review.
Incoming CVs and evidence remain unavailable until the malware-scanning pipeline returns an acceptable result. Rejected or unscanned files are not treated as approved evidence.
Worker evidence is stored privately. Authorised access uses short-lived links and candidate packs include only documents selected for a specific requirement.
Record categories have defined retention decisions. Production data and encrypted backups are isolated from public website assets, with restoration testing required before operational launch.
Worker information
Initial registration asks for the information needed to create a profile and verify contact details. Identity, bank and next-of-kin information becomes appropriate later when verification, engagement or placement requires it.
Client visibility
Clients cannot browse every worker account. A controlled candidate pack is prepared for a specific staffing requirement and access can be withdrawn.
Medical fitness and incidents
The platform stores evidence or status needed to determine offshore fitness and records factual events that affected an individual worker or relevant client worksite. It is not used for full clinical histories or routine site safety observations.
