Offshore workers completing a controlled pre-mobilisation check at a UK marine supply base

How we work

Recruit, verify and mobilise without losing the record.

The worker, client requirement, candidate decision, assignment and approved time remain connected through one controlled route.

Named accounts Evidence review Availability and expiry

The operating route

Six connected stages from profile to approved time.

Recruitment decisions move quickly, but each decision must still connect to the correct worker, client, requirement and evidence. Corrections are recorded as revisions instead of erasing what was previously approved.

  1. 01

    Worker profile

The worker verifies their email and records work history, role preferences, availability, CV and evidence through a named account.

  2. 02

    Client requirement

A verified company defines the work, location, rota, dates, competence, evidence, known risks, PPE and authorised decision-makers.

  3. 03

    Evidence review

Relevant profile information is assessed against essential criteria. Missing, expiring or unreviewed evidence remains visible.

  4. 04

    Candidate sharing

A controlled candidate pack is released only for the authorised requirement. Private account information remains excluded.

  5. 05

    Assignment and time

Agreed terms, rates, hour categories and approvers are recorded. Workers submit time and clients approve or dispute entries.

  6. 06

    Invoice and payroll handoff

Approved time supports client invoicing and controlled payroll export. PAYE and payslips remain with the payroll provider.

Worker route

Register once and maintain one current profile.

A worker begins with email verification and essential profile information. Additional identity, engagement and bank details are collected only when needed for verification or placement. CVs, certificates and employment history can be updated from the account.

  • Choose relevant role pathways and work preferences
  • Keep availability and contact information current
  • Receive certificate-expiry and readiness reminders
  • Track applications, assignments and submitted timesheets
  • Request correction or account deletion subject to retention

Client route

Define the work before requesting candidate evidence.

Client access begins with a verified legal company and named users. Owners can assign separate hiring, compliance, timesheet and finance permissions. Each staffing request records enough operational information for meaningful assessment.

  • Record worksites, contacts and billing information
  • Define scope, competence, evidence, dates and rota
  • Review candidate packs shared for that requirement
  • Approve or dispute time with a recorded reason
  • Access authorised invoices without worker pay information

Before mobilisation

Resolve the dependencies before the travel date.

The final route depends on the client, role and worksite. Typical dependencies include evidence review, medical fitness, right to work, assignment terms, travel, inductions and client approval.

Common questions

Recruitment and mobilisation questions

Does a complete worker profile mean the worker is approved?

No. Profile completion means the requested information has been provided. Evidence review, client criteria and final selection remain separate decisions.

When are bank and next-of-kin details collected?

Sensitive engagement details are collected after they become necessary for verification or placement, rather than being required for a person to express initial interest.

Can approved timesheets be edited?

Approved time is locked. A later correction uses a revision or adjustment record so the original approval is not silently changed.

Who is responsible for PAYE and payslips?

The independent payroll provider handles PAYE, National Insurance, pensions and payslips. The platform exports only controlled approved-hours information.
