Website terms
Terms for using Offshore Personnel’s public website and secure recruitment services.
About these terms
This website and portal are operated by OFFSHOREPERSONNEL LTD, company number 17360723, of Level One, Basecamp Liverpool, 49 Jamaica Street, Liverpool, L1 0AH. By creating an account or using the secure service, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice.
Accurate information
Users must provide accurate, current information and must not upload altered, misleading or unlawful documents. A profile or application does not guarantee work.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and must tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You must not probe security, introduce malicious files, access another person’s record, misuse candidate information or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict an account to protect users, evidence or the platform.
Jobs and assignments
Talent-pool campaigns are not confirmed vacancies. Confirmed job details remain subject to client authority, worker checks and final assignment terms. Pay, charge rates, rotas, dates, risks and required evidence will be confirmed through the relevant work-finding and assignment process.
Training and external providers
Training information is general guidance. Providers remain independent, eligibility and prices can change, and training is never a condition for access to our work-finding service.
Availability and changes
We take reasonable steps to keep the service secure and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may update these terms when the service, law or regulatory guidance changes. Material changes affecting registered users will be communicated through the service or their registered contact details.
