Offshore Personnel is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Electrical Manager in Paisley, Scotland. This full-time, onshore role covers large-scale electrical projects across social housing, commercial and domestic sectors.

You will take senior operational responsibility for electrical teams, project delivery, budgets and client relationships, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The role suits an experienced electrical leader who combines technical expertise with strong commercial and people-management skills.

The package includes a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, senior management responsibility and opportunities for professional development and career progression. Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical teams across multiple projects.
• Oversee large-scale electrical projects from planning through to completion.
• Ensure work meets current electrical regulations, legislation, health and safety requirements and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, resources, programmes and operational performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor electrical teams and support their performance.
• Improve efficiency, productivity and operational processes.
• Promote innovative and sustainable electrical technologies.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across electrical activities.

Skills & experience

• Proven electrical management or senior electrical leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation and project delivery.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent project planning and organisational skills.
• Strong budgeting and financial management capability.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical compliance and health and safety.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• An interest in innovation, efficiency and sustainability.
• Relevant electrical qualifications and industry experience.

Desirable experience & qualifications

• Experience managing electrical projects and teams in social housing, commercial or domestic sectors.
