Workforce coordinator and offshore worker reviewing mobilisation evidence in a secure marine operations office

Evidence and workforce control

Compliance administration that keeps decisions traceable.

Bring profile evidence, candidate sharing, assignment terms, timesheets and invoice support into one controlled workforce record.

Named client authority Evidence status visible Controlled candidate packs

Operational scope

Administrative control without exposing the full worker account.

Recruitment, compliance, operational and finance information have different audiences. The platform separates those permissions so that a hiring decision can be supported without distributing bank details, full medical histories, internal notes or unrelated incidents.

01

Certificate and evidence tracking

Document type, issuer, reference, issue date, expiry date and review status are recorded. Expiring and expired evidence remains visible to authorised reviewers.

02

Permission-led candidate sharing

Candidate packs are created for a specific requirement and can be withdrawn. Short-lived document links reduce uncontrolled copying and access is recorded.

03

Assignment-to-invoice continuity

Separate worker pay and client charge rates, hour categories, approvers, purchase orders and approved time support controlled invoicing and payroll export.

Delivery route

From authorised requirement to controlled record.

Each stage has a named decision, required information and an audit point. Later corrections create a revision instead of quietly replacing the earlier evidence.

  1. 01

    Collect

Workers and verified client users provide information through their named accounts rather than shared inbox documents.

  2. 02

    Review

Authorised reviewers record evidence status, expiry and correction needs without changing the source document.

  3. 03

    Restrict

Role permissions and company boundaries determine who can view candidate, compliance, timesheet and finance information.

  4. 04

    Audit

Important actions retain the actor, time and relevant record so later corrections do not erase the earlier evidence.

Common questions

Compliance administration questions

Can every client user view certificates and finance information?

No. Company owners assign separate hiring, compliance, timesheet and finance permissions. Access is restricted to the user's role and company.

What happens when a certificate expires?

The expiry remains visible and the evidence cannot silently continue as current. Authorised reviewers can request updated evidence and record a new review.

Does this service replace a client's HSE system?

No. It supports recruitment and workforce administration. The client retains responsibility for the worksite, risk assessment, permits, supervision, emergency arrangements and final competence decisions.
