Campaign and project resourcing
Support for individual placements, defined trade requirements and multi-role workforce campaigns across oil and gas, offshore wind, marine and energy-transition work.

Oil, gas and offshore energy
Build a resourcing requirement around the asset, scope, rota, competence and mobilisation controls—not a job title alone.
Operational scope
Offshore scopes change quickly, but the information needed to assess a worker should not be improvised. We structure each requirement around the worksite, duties, hazards, evidence, rota and reporting route before candidate information is shared.

Candidate evidence is assessed against the client specification. Certificate names, issuers, expiry dates and review status remain visible rather than being reduced to a general compliance claim.
Clients receive only the CV, relevant evidence, availability and suitability information deliberately shared for their own requirement. Private bank, next-of-kin and unrelated records remain excluded.
Delivery route
Each stage has a named decision, required information and an audit point. Later corrections create a revision instead of quietly replacing the earlier evidence.
Record the asset or worksite, work scope, dates, rota, headcount, competence, PPE, known risks and named decision-makers.
Review suitable worker profiles against essential evidence, recent experience, availability and UK right-to-work status.
Release a controlled candidate pack only for the authorised requirement and retain an audit record of that access.
Confirm assignment terms, reporting instructions, approval routes and outstanding evidence before the agreed mobilisation point.
What the client defines
What supports the decision
Clear responsibility
Offshore Personnel supports recruitment, evidence control and workforce administration. It does not take over the client's control of the worksite, safe system of work or statutory responsibilities.

Common questions
A client can submit a multi-role requirement, but each role still needs a defined scope, competence standard and evidence requirement. Availability and suitability are assessed individually rather than presenting an unverified group as mobilisation-ready.
That depends on client authority, worker availability, evidence status, medical-fitness requirements, travel and site-specific approvals. We make those dependencies visible early instead of publishing an unsupported mobilisation promise.
No. A candidate pack contains only information intentionally selected for the client requirement. Private account records and unrelated documents remain outside the pack.
