3t publishes safety, skills and technical training across oil and gas, wind, marine, construction and other safety-critical industries. Its course catalogue covers standards and disciplines including OPITO, GWO, IRATA, STCW, IWCF, lifting, drilling and well control, NDT and welding, mechanical and electrical work, survival and emergency response.
The correct route depends on the productive occupation and actual employer specification. BOSIET may support an oil-and-gas mobilisation, GWO may support wind work, and a trade or competence assessment may still be required. Offshore Personnel will add separate funding or referral packages only after the provider supplies and approves the final details.
Wind and renewables
Published GWO routes include safety, sea survival, working at height, first aid and Basic Technical Training. Technical foundations do not replace trade competence.

Does safety training prove trade competence?
No. Safety and introductory technical courses do not replace a trade qualification, logged experience, competence assessment or employer authorisation where those are required.
